Globally acclaimed Idol Metal group BABYMETAL announced the release of their long awaited DVD/Blu-Ray of their Nippon Budokan performance held in March of this year: This new release will come in several editions and formats, and it’s set to be released on January 7th 2015. This announcement comes right after the successful second World Tour that the three talented girls wrapped up last Saturday at the Brixton Academy in London that also featured a performance of their new song “The One”, a collaboration between BABYMETAL’s production team and guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman from popular metal band Dragonforce.
The new “Live at Budokan” release will come in three editions: A DVD/Blu-Ray Box featuring both concerts from Nippon Budokan (respectively named “Red Night” and “Black Night”) , a Live CD titled “Live at Budokan – Red Night” which contains audio recording of the first Budokan night (first press of this CD features a code to digitally download the new song The One), and a Limited Box exclusive to the Fan Club members named “LIVE AT BUDOKAN ‘BUDO-CAN’ – THE ONE – LIMITED BOX”, a can shaped Limited Box featuring the DVD/Blu-Ray Box of both nights, plus the exclusive Live CD “Live at Budokan – Black Night”, audio recording of the second Budokan night, for a packaging that’s not only very rich, but also beautiful and great to collect.
